Michele is a brand strategy and communications executive with more than 20 years of experience. She is the CEO of MLR Communications, and is passionate about helping CEOs, management teams, and entrepreneurs bring their ideas to life.. Her blended management experience includes agency, non-profit and consulting roles. Currently, Michele is the Change Management and Communications Lead at Barnard College. Previously, Michele led Communications and Marketing for free expression literary arts organization PEN America, and Girl Scouts of the USA. She also managed client accounts at notable marketing agencies Ketchum and Weber Shandwick.
